Many people suffer unnecessarily from knee pain due to osteoarthritis, a degenerative joint disease characterised by breakdown of the joint?s cartilage that cushions the bones of the knee.  The Knee Braces provided from Össur offer a non-invasive, economical treatment option that is scientifically proven to relieve pain and improve mobility.

We offer a wide selection of products including the CTi® range, the revolutionary Unloader One®, the dual-hinged OAsys® Carticare brace and Form Fit® neoprene supports.

CTi® Custom

CTi remains the cornerstone of our ligament bracing product line today. The CTi® brace provides a static support system consisting of a rigid frame that will hold the bones in proper alignment and provide high level of control to prevent displacement.

The hand-laminated, rigid, carbon composite CTi knee brace frame captures the tibia, providing the brace-to-bone contact needed for maximum stabilisation of the knee joint. The non-elastic cruciate strapping combined with a rigid frame that truly captures the tibia, results in a static support system.

The CTi Custom is generally used for high levels of support where comfort and strength are not compromised with weight and bulkiness.

CTi® OTS

The brace that has set the standard for truly custom ligament knee bracing is available off-the-shelf. Subsituting elements of the rigid CTi frame with a flexible subshell and adjustable tibial strap, CTi OTS provides adjustability and an excellent out-of-the-box fit while maintaining the level of support and protection that you expect from a CTi knee brace.

Unloader One® OTS

Unloader One is the most significant re-design of the Unloader concept since its inception. For nearly 25 years CTi has set the standard for custom ligament bracing. Add varus or valgus correction to this classic and you have an excellent, dual hinged hybrid OA and ligament knee brace for your more active patients. New improvements include proprietary Sensil® padding that eliminates migration, a flexible lower medial cuff for greater protection against rotational forces and skin-friendly SensEdge overmoulding on injection-moulded parts to avoid pressure points.
